I bought a new iPhone, which came with a new data chip. It takes 24 hours to activate my new phone. Some nice girl in a call center takes down my numbers and types them into her computer. She informed me that it will take most of an entire day, before I can use my new phone. I can publish a book in minutes, but the phone company cannot program its machines to act quickly. It's like old Germany...
