One of the big stories recently is about SOPA, which would put restrictions/penalties of internet use. You will have to read somewhere else to find out its pros and cons.
Reading about some of the provisions, especially comparing them to existing restrictions in countries like China and Thailand, I wondered about this worthless blog. Is some "Big Brother" somewhere checking up on my garbage--figuratively speaking--if some key word shows up in a search engine trawl?
I do not know anyone in China, but have had readers in that country with time to waste. I do not know anyone in Turkey, but have had readers. There are a few more countries, which might raise suspicion.
I would never have such paranoid thoughts, if large companies that pay US politicians did not try to change laws to give themselves more power over little guys. Guys do not get much smaller than this old fool...
