There was report on the German evening news about a conference in Africa (I was not paying attention, so missed the beginning with venue info).
I did hear about "Europe" being criticized for its restrictive immigration policies.
At the same time, individual countries within Europe are being battered by integration problems with earlier immigrants. Europe has its own problems with unemployment, poverty, etc. albeit not as bad as Africa. But, human existence (similar to that of animals) has never been fair.
Back to the theme: Europe can't handle its current problems and is being urged to create greater ones. Huh?
Most potential immigrants probably dream of America, but that's too far. People want to move to Europe, because that's where the money is...but want to bring their own culture and religion to change Europe and make it more like the home they abandoned.
This world is a crazy place, probably because it's full of humans!
